What we know
The film is set after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, in a period where the galaxy is trying to stabilize after the fall of the Final Order. Instead of focusing on Jedi or Sith, the story centers on starfighter pilots—likely a new generation—navigating a fractured political landscape and emerging threats.

Research
pilot aesthetic
The pilots have a very iconic costume throughout the Starwars series. At this point in the series the Rebellion is at its peak having a very significant focus the pilots. The orange jumpsuits and their helmets specifically are worth noting. Their helmets have customized symbols depending on the pilot which brings a human element.

Logo

Here are the logos in black and white.

This logo has a very retro feeling which starwars has traditionally. I was also inspired by the aircraft shapes in starwars which is a key component to this story.
I used blue as the main type color with a brown background for contrast. I think this matches well with the orange imagery used in design which will be touched on.
The type used in the logo is Gajraj One while the general type in the poster layouts are Alternate Gothic as seen below

Wouldn't it be nice if......
a campaign idea

Starwars have always presented the pilots in cuts of them speaking in a grid or cuts between conversation in a shoulder shot. It always us to see the pilots within the ships rather than them being a mystery.
If starwars did a zoom collaboration and created team backgrounds where people in the meeting could transform their space. To connect audiences together highlighting such an iconic filming aspect in starwars.
